No. There are multiple deputy registrar agencies in the Akron area. We are the deputy registrar at 688 Wolf Ledges Parkway (Agency 7731), operated by NOADA. A different registrar operates at 1030 E. Tallmadge Avenue. Make sure you have the right address before you head out.
No. In Ohio, titles are issued by the County Clerk of Courts. For a Summit County title you go to the Clerk of Courts title office, then you bring the title here to register the vehicle and get plates. See Title transfer for the step-by-step.
